AFTRA Governance Structure

1. MANAGEMENT:

1.1 Five elected Officers – President, Deputy President, Secretary General, Deputy Secretary General, & Treasurer

1.2 Two Executive Directors

2. AFTRA EXECUTIVE BOARD/ CONSEIL EXÉCUTIF AFTRA /DIRETORIA EXECUTIVA AFTRA

  • The Executive Board comprises the Management and two member organizations representing each of the five regions of Africa – West, Central, Southern, East and North. /
  • Le conseil d’Administration est composé de la Direction et de deux organisations membres représentant chacune des cinq régions d’Afrique – Ouest, Centre, Sud, Est et Nord. /
  • O conselho de Administração é composto pela Direção e por duas Organizações membros representando cada uma das cinco regiões da África – Oeste, Centro, Sul, Leste e Norte.

3. AFTRA ROUNDTABLE/ TABLE RONDE AFTRA / MESA REDONDA AFTRA

  • The Roundtable comprises the Management, Executive Board, all member-organisations, Honorary Members and Fellows of AFTRA. AFTRA is an intergovernmental organization and admits ONLY organisations – Ministries of Education, National Agencies regulating Teaching, Teachers Unions, Universities, etc. /
  • La table ronde comprend la direction, le conseil d’administration, toutes les organisations membres, les membres honoraires et les boursiers de l’AFTRA. L’AFTRA est une organisation intergouvernementale et admet UNIQUEMENT des organisations – ministères de l’éducation, agences nationales de régulation de l’enseignement, syndicats d’enseignants, universités, etc./
  • A Mesa Redonda compreende a Administração, o Conselho Executivo, todas as organizaçõesmembro, Membros Honorários e Bolseiros da  AFTRA. A AFTRA é uma organização intergovernamental e admite SOMENTE organizações – Ministérios da Educação, Agências Nacionais que Reguladoras do Ensino, Sindicatos de Professores, Universidades, etc.
